- Add 3 1/2 cups of the water that the shrimps boiled into to the above ingredients and then add the orzo, salt, pepper, a little thyme, basil and oregano.
- Boil until the orzo is cooked and there is very little liquid left in the pot.
- Serve while hot and sprinkle on top with coarse chunks of feta cheese.

Place the orzo mixture in prepared oven bag. Arrange shrimp mixture on orzo mixture. Fold edge of bag over to seal. Put shrimp in a mixing bowl. Arrange shrimp over tomato mixture in one layer.
