  2. Melt butter in a pan than add oil
  3. Place baking tray on phyllo pastry and cut to size
  4. Grease tray, add layers of pastry sprinkling butter on each layer aprox : x8 (layer of nuts) x5 (layer of nuts), x5 (layer of nuts) x end with 8 sheets on top
  5. Cut in squares, add left over butter into the lines (not all over). Run brush all over the top to spread it out.
  6. Preheat oven 180 degrees, bake for 25-30 mins
  7. Put cool syrup on hot Baklava
