Samosas are of various types like onion samosa, veg samosa, aloo samosa etc… where different stuffings go inside them. The snack is given a perfect shape and later deep fried in oil which can be served with any chutney or any dips…Mainly they are accompanied with hot hot tea… Basically, Aloo Samosa, if you didn't already know, is a potato and pea mixture that is stuffed inside the dough and fried. Yes, it's really delicious in case you are wondering. The best part is that this dish is vegetarian so you don't have to worry about that.
Steps to make Aloo Samosa:
- Take a bowl and add all ingredients of dough. Make a little tight dough. Keep it aside for 15-20 minutes.
- Take a pan and add 3-4 spoon oil. Add peas for fry and later add all spices and boiled mashed potatoes. Mix it and mash it continuously. Lastly add Coriander leaves.
- Make balls of dough and roll them with rolling pan. Cut them from centre. Use water finger to stick it or make a cone.
- Fill masala in cone and stick it with coating water. Take a frying pan and add oil for deep frying the samosas. Serve with chutney.
