Steps to make Layerd Samosa:

- Cover with wet Cloth / Cling Film or lid whatever available and Rest it for 15 minutes.
- Phase2. - - Greengrams/ Minced meat/ Corn.Use what is available - Mine nimetumia Ndengu - - Step 1. - - In frying Pan add Fresh Ginger,fresh Garlic, fresh Turmeric,,Carry Powder,Spring Onions (chopped),Fresh Coriander,Salt….. You can add black/White pepper,Red Chilli Powder,Green Chilli. Mix well then add Lime juice and let it cool.
- Step 2. Knead dough again until smooth and devide into two bowls.
- Step3. Cut into pieces of your choice.I love big sizes because of my folding design.
- Step 4. Make round small bowls and set a side for 5-10 minutes.
- Step5. Roll,stretch to make Oval or round shape. Mimi utumia flat round plastic plate.

- Step7. Fold one side on the other side.
- Step 8. One side of dough. apply Paste join two sides/ edges.
- Step 9. Fill the cone with prepared stuffing, apply paste on the edges and bring the edges together and seal the edges properly. - Paste.All purpose flour plus water
- Step 10. In work,heat Cooking Oil and Fry on a very low flame until golden brown or perfect Cripsy Samosa.
