  11. 5.Close from the corners (It will not open because we have applied Maida at the corners)
  12. 6.Put these samosa’s into a transparent plastic bag for freezing purpose (You can freeze for 2-3 weeks)
  13. 7.Add cooking oil in a pan & fry these samosa until they changed into golden - - Brown Serve with Ketchup/Raita
