- Phr rotia bana ly. Ab isko samose ke shakl me kat ly. Ab alo ka mixture rakh dy. Sides ko pani se band kardy. Sare samose ready rakh dy.
- Pan me oil garamkary. Samose ik ik kar ke dal dy. Aanch hlki kardy aor jab rang golden brown hojaye to utar dy.
- Ab mazidar samose tayar hy chai, chiili garlic sauce ke sath serve kary.
