I have used this on a pork shoulder as well as ribs. I added a touch more brown sugar for the ribs. For example, pork roast - if cooked properly with lots of flavour, yes but not much. Twice cooked crispy pork belly - yes but no leftovers please (unless the belly is made crisp again).

  4. Put in oven at 300* for about 20 minutes per pound the one I have is about 4 pounds
  5. Then move oven rack to 2nd from the top spot.. Turn oven on broil high… Take a brush or spoon and baste with pork juices, then place on rack for 15 to 20 minutes….. Flip pork and repeat baste, and place back on rack for 20 minutes
  6. Slice and enjoy!
