  1. In a bowl add flour, salt,vegetable oil and mix them, add water to form a dough cover and keep aside to rest
  2. In a pan add oil and onion fry and add minced meat, Irish,cabbage and seasoning and stir fry, when done take it away from the heat to cool
  3. Bring out the dough, mold it vertically and cuts it into pieces of same size, take one piece by flatten it with a roller
  4. Divide it into two take one and fold it as seen in the picture below, do the same to the remaining pieces
  5. In a pan add oil, when hot start frying until golden brown
