Here's a simple way of preparing this delectable and healthy recipe: Drain the overnight dal and transfer to a grinder. Add asafoetida powder, ginger, green chillies and salt to it and mix well. Grind to a smooth batter and keep aside.

- Take a one bowl beat curds,add salt, cumin seeds.soak Raisins in water for ten minutes.add to the curd. Lay bhalla in a dish pour curds on it.
- Garnish with Red chilli powder,chaat masala,coriander leaves, green chutney, tamrianed chutney cumin seeds powder.
