- Use pizza cutter or knife and cut the into four then separate the sheet slowly to avoid been cut
- Combine 2 tablespoon of flour with water and form a sticky paste
- Form a cone shape
- Add the minced meat fillings Place a pan on fire add little oil,onions and chopped garlic stir until translucent add the mince meat and stir for about 2 mins on low heat then add your seasonings and allow to cook for 1min
- Use your finger tip and dip inside the paste and paint on the side of your samosa sheet then fold
- Once you are done heat oil and fry your samosa until golden brown
- You can serve your samosa with a dipping sauce
