Instructions to make Aloo samosa:
  1. Prepare dough by using maida, 1 tablespoon of hot oil, water, ajwain and salt. Keep this aside for 30 mins
  2. Boil potatoes for 2 whistles and peel off.
  3. Slice onions, curry leaves
  4. Take a pan and keep it on the stove. Once the pan heats add oil, once the oil heats add mustard and cumin seeds, once it starts crackle add onions, add salt and turmeric, add ginger garlic paste, Once the onion becomes brown add mashed potatoes add chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder. Mix it well. Let it cool.
  5. Prepare the dough into balls, make it into oval shape
  6. Cut the oval shape one into two. Apply water at edges.
  7. Make it into cone shape, put the aloo curry into it. Close it.
  8. Prepare all samosa and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
  9. Fry it in the oil.
  10. Fry it until golden brown
  11. Take it into a bowl and serve hot.
