  1. All ingredients of stuff add in mashed potato and make a small ball or dough.
  2. Knead flour well n rest for 1 hr. After that make a small dough.
  3. Then put the potato dough inside the flour dough.make ik one large dough.
  4. Spread it and make a round shape smoothly.
  5. Keep on hot pan. Do Saikai from both side.
  6. When it become cooked it increases own size like balloon.
  7. Apply ghee or oil for frying on both side. Now its ready.
  8. Take tomato and cut into small pieces.
  9. Take onion n chopped finely
  10. Grind tomato Green chilli together. Make a paste
  11. Now in another pan tak oil n add chopped lehson. Saute it. when it become light brown in color add tomato paste in it.add red chilli powder and haldi powder and salt and cook for 5-7 min until oil appears at top.
