- First of all..take a bowl then poured the the flour, then add 1table spoon oil, 1/2teas spoon salt..then mix it very well and make a doe with the help of water.
- Next I make the stuffing. So I take a pan then poured into 1table spoon oil and heat it then add ginger crushed, cumin seeds, coriander seeds then soute very well next add jira powder, chili powder, salt to taste, coriander powder, coriander leaves chopped, Turmeric powder and mix it very well.
- Next I take a big bowl then poured the hole spice of mixture into this bowl then add the boiled potatoes mix it with the spices.
- Next take out the doe of flour as per you then make a roti then cut it in the middle part of this roti and make a half circle then take a part of the half roti /half circle and make a cone then poured the stuffing into this. Then fold it in triangle shape. Now make the all samossa like this.
- At last take a dip pan then poured into this oil as per you. And fri it. Now ready for eat. Crispy samossa.
The most popular filling is a mixture of potatoes and peas, seasoned with fragrant spices. Wash and dry the baking potatoes. Making traditional samosa at home is not as difficult as we all think.
