- Take a pan add oil heat it well. Then switch off the gas and let it cool down a little bit.
- Then switch on the gas on low flame and add prepared samosa and fry it deeply.
- Remember that samosa are not add in too much hot oil
- Always add them in a little hot oil and cook them slow to medium flame for enjoying it's crispiness.
