  1. Mix all of the spice ingredients together throughly.
  2. Put flour, egg and 2 tbsps of spice mix in seperate dishes.
  3. Dip each chicken fillet first in flour, then egg and lastly spices. Make sure fully covered.
  4. Heat 1 tblsp oil in frying pan. When hot add coated chicken fillets. Fry for 20mins turning at least 4 times and add rest of oil after about 10mins. Cook until golden brown and cooked right through.
  5. Serve with wraps or wedges or salad.
  6. Save rest of spice mix for another meal. Saves a little time.
