- Add tomatoes & stock & bring to the boil.
- Place chicken back in the pan & simmer for 20/30 mins. When chicken is cooked on point remove & set aside. Boil sauce rapidly till it starts to thicken.
- When ready season & serve with lemon zest & parsley
On a plate, combine the flour, salt, and pepper. Roll the chicken in the flour to coat. DIRECTIONS Remove and discard excess fat and skin from chicken. Osso Buco is an Italian dish made with veal shanks, browned and simmered with tomatoes and vegetables. Flour for dusting the meat before browning.
