- Take Soyabean Soaked in Water for 15 minutes.then squeez Out the Water and put in the grinderjar and grind Roughly.
- Take a Bowl add maida,salt-1/2 tsp,Carom Seeds.
- Add oil -3 tsp mix Well and make a tight dow.cover with a muslin cloth and rest for 10 minutes.now take whole Spices like Cumin seeds, Fennel seeds and whole coriander seeds.
- Take a Pan add seeds and dry roast then roughly crush.take Malai in a Bowl.
- Now take a Pan add oil 3 tsp,add Asafoetida 2 pinch,add cumin seeds,ginger garlic paste and roast.then add chopped onion and roast.
- Add chopped green chilli,add roughly crush Soyabean.roast well.
- Add all Spices,and roughly crush spices.mix well.
- Now add salt,malai.mix well.
- Now add coriander leaves.mix well.stuffing is Ready.now take a bowl add 1 tsp of maida and 2 tsp of water mix Well.
- Now take dow and take small portion of the Dow and rolled like Roti with the rolling pin.cuts in two equal halves.take on part apply maida liquid.
- Stick well give Samosa shape.fill the stuffing.
- Fold like in the picture.samosa is Ready.
- Now take a kadai add oil for frying.when oil becomes hot add samosa and fry on Low to Medium Flame.now your very Tasty Delicious Healthy Malai Chaap Samosa is Ready.
