- Whether using it on a whole or Spatchcocked chicken. Use a clean kitchen towel to pat your chicken dry after cleaning thoroughly and set aside.
- Mix the piri piri sauce with the yaji spice, add thyme and curry
- Add the melted butter

- Preheat your oven to 200 degrees for like 20 minutes

- If it's a Spatchcock chicken roast for 1 hr 20 minutes. A whole chicken time will exceed that, depending on your oven type.
- After 45 minutes, you can baste the chicken with melted butter.
