- Roll out pastry on flat surface using cake flour and cut circles, 12 for the base and 12 for the cover. Grease muffin tray or foil with little bit cake flour.Place the circles in foils or directly into muffin trays and fill with chicken peri-peri filling. Cover the pie.
- Press the ends down then use a fork to secure the ends. If using foils place it in the muffin tray or any tray and brush with egg.
- Turn oven to 150degrees and bake pies till golden brown.
