  1. Finely chop onion, different colours bell peppers, sweet corn, paneer and minced garlic and mix all together
  2. In another bowl mix red chilli powder, oregano,salt,and all dry masala mix well
  3. Add this mixture to the veggies and mix well
  4. Add cheese and coriander leaves and mix
  5. Cut pav mid way into small squares and stuff this veggies mixture in the space in the between.
  6. In a bowl melt butter add finely chopped garlic and coriander and apply this top on the stuff pav.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven for 6-7 minutes until crisp.Serve hot
