  17. Get Handful Coriander leaves

Instructions to make Samosa:
  1. Making dough: Mix all the the wrapper ingredients and knead a dough with lukewarm water. Dough should be very stiff not soft. Cover the dough and set aside.

  6. Add chopped green chillies and soute.
  7. Now add all spices.We can also add half teaspoon lemon juice and stir to mix.
  8. Add the potatoes and mix well.
  9. Add coriander leaves and mix.
  10. Add salt to taste.
  11. Turn off the heat and let it cool.
  12. Make Samosas: take doughand knead it.
  13. Make the the balls from the dough and roll out the ball in oval aur circle shape.
  14. Rolling should be very smooth.
  15. Then cut it from centre.
  16. Smooth the the edges with water.
  17. Then make a cone from the the rolled semicircle and press the edges properly.
  18. Now fill this cone with stuffing and Seal from the top.
  19. Now fry the samosa until they are golden brown.
  20. Crispy samosa are ready to serve.
  21. You can serve it with red and Green chutney enjoy the samosas.
