I absolutely love Greek flavors and these juicy pork skewers are a prime example of using those classic flavors in a simple, delicious way. Juicy, tender pork souvlaki done in a wonderfully flavorful marinade, add more grilled skewers of veggies to this or a salad, or tzatziki and Greek potatoes for a real feast. Have you tried using garlic paste before? It works so well for marinades like this, I think way better than chopped.
