  6. Wrap sausage log in dough. Flip on to seam side. Mix 3rd egg and a little water or milk. Brush tops of logs.
  7. Cut logs in to 4-8 pieces. Lay on greased baking sheet. Bake in a 400° preheated oven, 20 - 25 mins. Til golden brown.

Roll the pastry over the sausage meat mixture so that the two edges meet. Press down with a fork to seal it. Cut the sausage rolls into whatever size you like.
