Heat oil in a heavy medium saucepan over medium heat. Press the Sauté button on the Instant Pot. Add turkey, and sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Press the Keep Warm/Cancel button to turn off the Instant Pot.

- Heat a pan, add 1 tsp mustard oil
- Add 1 tsp cumin seeds when oil is hot, let it crack
- Add garlic and green chilli when cumin seed crack
- Add turmeric powder
- Now add radish chopped, saute a little
- Add radish soft leaves, sprinkle salt now.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes, keep mixing in between.
- Spread coriander leaves.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes more, then serve with millet or wheat chapati.
Add remaining ingredients, and mix well. Cover with the lid, aligning the lid arrow with the arrow marked Open. In a large pot, heat the oil over medium high heat. Add peppers, carrots, celery,salt and pepper, and sauté a few minutes more. Radishes are so pretty and irresistible, coming in all sorts of colors, shapes, and sizes.
