First of all peel the radish then grate it. And squuze out all the water in radish. After make a dough take wheat flour add sqeezed water of radish.. Mooli Paratha is a whole wheat flatbread stuffed with grated mooli aka white radish. It's lightly seasoned with spices and makes a wholesome breakfast or lunch.
