Instructions to make Radish Paratha:
  1. First peel and wash the radish. Cut into big size. Grate the radish and keep aside. Heat oil in kadai. When the oil is hot. Add cumin seeds. Let it crackle for few minutes. Once it is done. Add grated radish. Saute it for few minutes. Then add all the dry masala. Fry till the water evaporates. Add salt and coriander leaves. Cook for few minutes till the radish cooked properly. Once it is done. Transfer to a plate and keep aside. Radish mixture is ready.
  2. Take a plate. Add wheat flour, ajwain and a pinch of salt. Mix………..properly. Add water as needed to make a smooth dough. Once it is done. Keep aside for 3 minutes. Once it done. So that the mixture will not come out of the chapati. Spread some oil on the partly cooked side. Flip the paratha with spatula and apply oil on other sides. So that they cooked evenly.
