- Now slowly add dry ingredients in small amount and mix with soft hand in one direction
- Mix it until no lumps remain
- Grease mould put butter paper and pour batter in it,tap mould 3,4 times
- Pre heat pateela for 15 minutes and then put mould in it,cover it and let it baked for 25 minutes
- After 25 minutes take out cake from mould,let it cool,cut it and soak it with pineapple juice
- Add chilled whipped cream in bowl beat it until hard peaks
- Now apply cream on first layer put cocktail chunks put the second layer of cake and repeat the same
- Set cream with scapula,add cream in piping bag with nozzle and make flowers,top pineapple and mix fruit chunks on the top
- Cake is ready,served chilled
