- Now in the same frying pan add again 1 tbsp butter and grill the pineapple rings make it light golden from both sides then take it out
- In the same frying pan add pineapple juice and 2 tbsp dissolved cornflour stir it fast otherwise lumps will appear then meanwhile add 1/4 cup of tomato puree or sauce in it cook it for 2 minutes
- Then put the pot on medium flame and add all the stir fried vegetables in the chicken,and this pineapple gravy and mix it all together,in the end add stir fried pineapple chunks cover the lid and cook for 5 minutes in low flame
- Take it out in a serving dish and garnish with one pineapple ring (optional) enjoy with egg fried rice
