  3. Preheat the oven to 180c.
  4. Cut the polenta into slices and about half a centimetre each slice.
  5. Lay the slices in an ovenproof dish, overlap if necessary.
  6. Pour the Bolognese sauce over the top of the slices and transfer to the oven and bake for 35-45 minutes.
  7. Allow to rest for 10 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle with parmasan cheese for serving and serve with a salad.
