- After the 2 hours add 2kg off jamming sugar stirring it in so it disolves then add your finnally chopped 2 chillis then bring to a rolling boil for about 15 minutes…….check on a cold plate with a spoon of marmalade on it for consistancy….if it is forming together and not watery then its done and you can jar up.
