- Pour gelatine mixture to orang juice bowl. Mix it quickly and well. This is a base for mousse and jelly.
- [Mousse preparation] Whip cream with sugar until creamy like yogurt/mayonnaise (do not whip until hard).
- Add 250ml of base mixture and mix well.
- Place the mousse mixture into cups evenly. Cool them in fridge for 30minutes to an hour.
- [Jelly preparation] Add 100ml orange juice to the rest of base mixture.
- Once the surface of mousse is firm, pour jelly mixture gently on top of mousse (if you use 6 cups, pour 2 tbsp jelly mixture to each cups).
- Cool them in fridge for another 1-2 hours. Serve with fresh orange if possible.
