  4. Pour gelatine mixture to orang juice bowl. Mix it quickly and well. This is a base for mousse and jelly.
  5. [Mousse preparation] Whip cream with sugar until creamy like yogurt/mayonnaise (do not whip until hard).
  6. Add 250ml of base mixture and mix well.
  7. Place the mousse mixture into cups evenly. Cool them in fridge for 30minutes to an hour.
  8. [Jelly preparation] Add 100ml orange juice to the rest of base mixture.
  9. Once the surface of mousse is firm, pour jelly mixture gently on top of mousse (if you use 6 cups, pour 2 tbsp jelly mixture to each cups).
  10. Cool them in fridge for another 1-2 hours. Serve with fresh orange if possible.
