- In a pan, add ghee and chopped apple,cook for 5 mins.Then add quinoa, milk and bring them to boil
- Add sugar, saffron, cardamom powder, condensed milk to the boiling mixture and simmer for 20 mins until it become thick in consistency.
- Turn off the stove, and add chopped nuts.
- Once it's cooled down, keep refrigerated for an hour before serving.
