Instructions to make Quinoa Mini Chilla:
- Dry roast quinoa for few minutes. Soak in water for at least 2 hours.
- Discard soaked water from quinoa. Put soaked quinoa and green chilli pieces in mixer jar,grind it. Add little water to make smooth mixture.
- Pour this grinded quinoa mixture in bowl. Add besan,all chopped vegetables,cummin seeds,salt. Mix well.
- Grease 4 cavities of mini nonstick tawa with oil. Pour 3 tsp of prepared quinoa veggies batter in each cavity.
- Sprinkle little oil on each chilla.Cook till lower side is crisp golden brown and flip them. Cook till other side turns crispy golden brown.
- Serve/ Relish Delicious Hot Quinoa Mini Chilla with any spicychutney of your choice.
