  1. Take 6 Pork Loin Steaks/chop
  2. Prepare 1 chopped onion

  6. Prepare 400 ml stock of your choice
Instructions to make Milk Braised Pork:
  1. Chop onion and garlic finely and mushroom to desired size.
  2. If using chops remove meat from bone. Chop pork into slices
  3. Heat a deep pan with a little oil until smoking. Add onions, garlic and pork and brown for a few minutes.
  4. Add the mushrooms then a few minutes later add the stock and milk. I used chicken stock but would have probably worked better with pork if available,:-)
  5. Allow to simmer for 10 minutes the sauce should have reduced and thickened by that time. You can add a little bit of plain flour to help thicken if desired.
  6. Now you can dish up. Enjoy!
