Drizzle some oil over dosa. - - 4. Close with lid and cook untill dosa done. If you need crispy onion you can flip the dosa and cook else you can have as it is. - - 5. I flipped over and had with nicely crisp onion uthappam. Enjoy with sambar and chutney.
