- It should be al dente after approximately 20 minutes. Remove the risotto from the heat and, without stirring, add the remaining butter, the grated Parmesan and Season to taste.
- Sear pork fillet and complete in oven for 10 minutes…maybe a bit less
- Season to taste. Add the parsley and slices of pork..give the risotto one last stir and serve immediately.
