- Take 10 nos Quail egg
- Make ready 2 nos Onion , chopped
- Prepare 1 no Tomato , chopped

Instructions to make Quail Egg curry:
- Boil the eggs in water (approx 10 minutes). Drain the water and allow it to cool. Remove the shell and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, add onion, ginger & garlic paste, curry leaves and saute well for 10 minutes. Add chilli, coriander and turmeric powders. Also add fennel seed powder, chopped tomato and salt. Saute and fry till the oil starts clearing out of the gravy.
- Toss in the boiled quail eggs and add water, if required for more gravy quantity. Allow it to simmer for 5 minutes and this is ready to serve now.
