Hello everybody, hope you’re having an incredible day today. Today, we’re going to make a special dish, jellab. One of my favorites. This time, I am going to make it a little bit tasty. This will be really delicious.

Jellab is served today in traditional Lebanese restaurants and cafes as well as all the beaches that pepper the Lebanese coastline. In addition, it is sold in Beirut at Souk el-Tayyeb, the organic farmer's market, homemade by an artisan who specializes in all kinds of sweet syrups, such as mint, mandarin, rose, lemon, toot (mulberry), etc.. Jallab (Arabic: جلاب ‎ / ALA-LC: jallāb) is a type of fruit syrup popular in the Middle East made from carob, dates, grape molasses and rose water.

Jellab is one of the most popular of current trending foods on earth. It’s enjoyed by millions every day. It’s easy, it is quick, it tastes yummy. They are nice and they look fantastic. Jellab is something which I have loved my whole life.

To get started with this recipe, we must first prepare a few ingredients. You can cook jellab using 5 ingredients and 3 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Jellab:
  1. Take 1 cup jellab syrup
  2. Take 5 cups water
  3. Take 5 teaspoons raw pine nuts
  4. Take 5 teaspoons almonds
  5. Make ready 5 teaspoons raisins

This is an example of a homepage section. Homepage sections can be any page other. To prepare the Jellab Syrup, take a big sauce pan then add water. Cover the lid & bring to boil till the tamarind & dates become soft.

Steps to make Jellab:
  1. Pour the jellab syrup in a pitcher. Add the water and stir well.
  2. Serve in long glasses with crushed ice and add 1 teaspoon pine nuts, 1 teaspoon almonds and 1 teaspoon raisins to each glass.
  3. Present the jellab with a spoon in each glass.
