  10. Make ready 1/4 tsp asafoetida
  11. Get to taste Salt
  12. Prepare As needed Oil for Tempering
  13. Take 3-4 whole red chilli
  14. Take as needed water

Instructions to make Sambhar:
  1. First wash and soak tuar dal for 20_30 min.
  2. Now place dal in cooker add salt and turmeric powder. And cook funtil 3/4th done.
  3. Now open the lid and vegetable, chilli powder and sambhar masala cook another 2 whistle.let it cool open the lid and add imli and Jaggery cook for 1 boil.
  4. Take a Tadka pan add oil warm it add Curry leaves, whole red chilli mustards seed,asafoetida temper it on cooked sambhar.
  5. Tasty sambhar is ready to serve with z idi dosa and appe.
