  13. Prepare 1/4 Cup Red Wine
  14. Take 2 Tblsp Worcestershire Sauce
  15. Make ready 350 g Pasta
  16. Take 50 g Grated Cheese of your choice

  5. When soft Drain and rinse pasta in cold water and Drain then add it back to the saucepan Add the Sauce to the pasta and mix well. Leave and warm it up when ready to eat1.
  6. Chorizo In a frypan or wok heat up 2 Tblsp olive oil and add the chopped Chorizo and fry for 4-5 minutes stirring. When done leave in a bowl until ready
  7. Add Pasta to a large bowl, add Chorizo on top in the middle then sprinkle a little grated cheese on top and cover with foil, pop in the oven to heat up for 10 minutes Serve Hot sprinkle Salt & Pepper on top if needed 😀
