- In a large saucepan Gently fry the onion and garlic in the Olive oil until transparent but not coloured.
- Add Pasata, herbs, chilli flakes and sugar, stir gently.
- Add water and tomato puree, stir again, add Orzo, stir, bring to boil, cover with lid, reduce to gentle simmer.
- Cook for 15-20miutes, stir occasionally. Check Orzo is cooked.
- Remove from heat, allow to stand for 5 minutes, do not remove lid.
- Stir, sauce should coat back of spoon. Season with salt and pepper(to taste) Serve with Greek bread.
