  1. Make ready 3 medium sweet potatoes
  2. Prepare 1 baby pumpkin
  3. Prepare 2 medium radishes
  4. Take 1 tbs black pepper powder

Roasted root vegetables are delicious on their own but adding this delicious sweet and tart dressing makes them over the top delicious! They are an easy and tasty holiday and Thanksgiving side dish. Instructions to make Root roast:
  1. Wash the pumpkin with salt and cut into four sections, deseeding is optional. Wash, peel off the sweet potatoes and radishes’s skin.
  2. Slice the sweet potatoes and cut the radishes. Sprinkle salt and black pepper on them and toss everything together alongside the pumpkin.
  3. Bake in oven for about 50 minutes or until cooked. Top with black pepper sauce and enjoy.
