  1. Get 50 Lemons
  2. Take to taste Salt
  3. Take 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
  4. Make ready to taste Black Salt
  5. Get 1&1/4 cup Sugar
  6. Get 2 tbsp Ready Pickle Masala

Mix well with a wooden ladle or fork. Tie mouth with a clean dry muslin cloth. Put sugar and lemon pieces in a small grinder. Run in short spurts, till lemons are crushed in coarse pieces.

Steps to make Crushed Lemon Pickle !!:
  1. Wash and dry lemons.
  2. Roughly cut 30 lemons into pieces and carefully remove all the seeds. Make sure no seeds are there. Coarsely grind the pieces.
  3. Remove the crush in a bowl and take out the juice from rest 20 lemons and add the juice to the crush.
  4. Add salt, red chilli powder and black salt to the crush, mix well and store in glass bottle for 8 to 10 days. Keep stirring the crush daily.
  5. After 8 to 10 days remove crush in a bowl, add sugar and ready pickle masala. Mix well and let it be for a day or two or until sugar melts.
  6. Crushed Lemon Pickle is ready. Store in glass bottle and enjoy !!

Remove into a clean dry glass bowl or wide mouthed jar. Mix well with a wooden ladle or fork. Tie mouth with a clean dry muslin cloth.
