- Boil for 2-3 minutes and add the boukovo or the pepper, the oregano and the wine.
- As soon as it boils for a couple of minutes taste it and add one to two tbsp of sauce on top of the potatoes.
- Place the tope shark slices on the potatoes, cover with the tomato slices, pour the rest of the sauce on top and bake for about 30 minutes until the fish is tender and the tomato slices golden brown.
- Set aside for 10 minutes to cool, garnish with the basil and serve.
