  1. Heat oil in a kadhai. On high flame put bhindi and saute for a couple of minutes. Drain out in a plate.
  2. In a pan heat 1/2 tbsp oil and put cumin seeds and mustard seeds, saute for few seconds. Now add onions and saute till translucent.
  3. Now add besan and roast it on low flame. After a few minutes it gets aromat. Now add all dry spices powder and poppy seeds. Saute for few minutes. Now add fried bhindi in it and cook it for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir it occasionally. Add garam masala powder and cover it. Turn off the gas. Tasty bhindi posto is ready to serve.
