  2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in an other pan,add cumin seeds and stir well.
  3. Add onion and fry till translucent.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes.,Add tomatoes and saute till it truns soft.
  5. Add red chilli flakes,salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder and Garam Masala Powder and mix well add 2 tbsp water and mix well.
  6. Add roasted bhindi in it and mix well.
  7. Add green chilli and green coriander leaves and mix well.
  8. And dam for 5 minutes.
  9. Serve hot with roti or naan.
