  2. Prepare 3 tbsp besan/gram flour

Made with okra aka bhindi, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, cumin powder, chaat masala, gram flour, cornflour refined flour and lemon juice, this simple dish can be. Instructions to make Kurkuri bhindi:
  1. Wash and cut bhindi/ladyfingers in juliennes and remove all the seeds.
  2. Now take mixing bowl transfer this juliennes in this bowl add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, dry mango powder, salt, besan/gram flour, rice flour, corn flour and mix all together without adding water.
  3. Now heat oil in high flame after them add coated juliennes of ladyfingers/bhindi in oil and deep fry in high flame for 3-4 min.
  4. After then remove ladyfingers from oil and fry another batch in same way.
  5. Our kurkuri bhindi is ready for the serve.
