  2. Get 200 ml milk
  3. Prepare 30 ml oil
  4. Make ready 4 gr baking powder
  5. Take 5 gr instant yeast
  6. Take 50 gr sugar
  7. Take 1/4 teaspoon salt
  8. Take 250 pork mince
  9. Make ready 150 gr mushroom cut dice
  10. Take 1/4 brown opinion cut dice
  11. Get 1 shallot cut dice
  12. Take 2 spring onions
  13. Make ready Sugar, oyster, fish sauce or salt (option) pepper

  5. After 60mins kneading again about 1min to let the air come out
  6. Cut the dough into 8 pieces and make them like balls. Leave them rest for 10mins before shaping.
  7. Roll them round and thin about 15cm. Add filling and egg. Cover the filling properly
  8. Add 2tbsp of vinegar into boiled water. Steam the buns about 15-20 mins at low heat
