  3. Cover with foil loosely. Put in oven and cook for 1 hour.
  4. After 1 hour, uncover and slather with your favorite BBQ sauce. Place back in oven for an additional hour uncovered.
  5. Once done, let rest for 5-10 minutes. Slather more with BBQ sauce and cut ribs for serving.
