- In a bowl mix maida, chana flour, ajwain, salt with oil
- Knead, once mixed well in a medium consistency and keep aside
- In a pan dry roast, dry coconut, dhania seeds,jeera souf,sesame,khaskhas,hing, sugar and salt (without oil)
- Grind the mixture once cooled (do not grind it fine)
- In a saucepan add some water, tamarind, chilli powder and jaggery and allow it to boil until it's melts and thickens and let cool aside
- Now, uncover the dough and knead for 10 to 15 secs
- Roll roti and lather it with tamarind and jaggery paste
- Evenly sprinkle the grind dry filling on to the roti and roll it
- Cut it as in desired shape or size
- Heat oil to deep fry
- Fry the bhakarwadis on medium -low flame
- It can b stored for more than a week
